About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Deposit all received checks
- Confirm what accounts miscellaneous checks should be deposited to
- Proper organization of deposited checks, both digital and physical, for record
- Scan invoices to Insurance department and AP for payment
- Weekly Subsidy report sent out to managers, starting the 3rd of each month
- Miscellaneous transaction recording for accountants into Accounting Software Vantaca and Entrata (ex. management fees)
- Assisting in printing Condo checks in Vantaca
- Assist Accounting team miscellaneous tasks (pulling payment history, invoices, checks)
Requirements
What you’ll need- Accounting, Finance, Math, Statistics, or related Bachelor’s degree in process, in good standing
- Strong computer skills including knowledge of MS Office applications, adaptability to learn and leverage new systems (Entrata, Vantaca, AI/Claude)
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
