Key responsibilities & impact

Deposit all received checks.
Confirm what accounts miscellaneous checks should be deposited to.
Proper organization of deposited checks, both digital and physical, for record.
Scan invoices to Insurance department and AP for payment.
Weekly Subsidy report sent out to managers, starting the 3 rd of each month.
Miscellaneous transaction recording for accountants into Accounting Software Vantaca and Entrata (ex. management fees).
Assisting in printing Condo checks in Vantaca.
Assist Accounting team miscellaneous tasks (pulling payment history, invoices, checks).

Requirements

What you’ll need

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Accounting, Finance, Math, Statistics, or related Bachelors’ degree in process, in good standing
Strong computer skills including knowledge of MS Office applications, adaptability to learn and leverage new systems (Entrata, Vantaca, AI/Claude)
