About the role
- managing a book of client relationships
- provide administrative and relationship management to qualified retirement plan accounts
- conduct client meetings and communications
- arrange and perform on-site employee enrollment and ongoing education meetings
- assist in the oversight of Employee Benefit record-keeping functions
- assist the plan conversion and/or deconversion team
- assist in conducting sales meetings and presentations to groups
Requirements
- bachelor's degree
- minimum of five years of related work experience or the equivalent
- completed and received certification from an accredited employee benefits school preferred
- Knowledge and understanding of laws and regulations governing the administration of Employee Benefit accounts
- Knowledge of general computer applications and networks desired
- strong communication skills
