About the role
- Oversee all areas of support for the processing of mortgage loans
- Supervise, guide, and coordinate backup to loan processors
- Assist with pre-close and post-close quality control responses
- Monitor and review adverse loans for compliance requirements
- Lead the team and develop teamwork and open communication
- Provide oversight of all services offered
- Actively mentor staff and ensure they are trained and evaluated
- Manage processing pipelines including own files
- Coordinate backup for mortgage loan processors
- Provide training on agency and investor guidelines and loan types
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Five years of prior mortgage loan processing experience or equivalent
- Good communication skills
- Collaboration with others
- Experience in all mortgage loan processing concepts, practices, and procedures
