About the role

  • Drive end-to-end recruiting for select roles
  • Coordinate interviews, candidate communication, scheduling, and logistics
  • Serve as the first point of contact for questions and inquiries

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years recruiting experience within a global start-up organization
  • 2+ years People Ops generalist experience
  • Working knowledge of invoices, budgets, vendors, and operational processes
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Exceptional communication skills with a high level of EQ
  • Outstanding problem solving skills and the ability to derive creative solutions
