About the role
- Drive end-to-end recruiting for select roles
- Coordinate interviews, candidate communication, scheduling, and logistics
- Serve as the first point of contact for questions and inquiries
- Support onboarding, offboarding, and people lifecycle processes
- Provide administrative support for core business functions
- Assist with invoice processing and vendor payments
- Support audits and compliance requests as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years recruiting experience within a global start-up organization
- 2+ years People Ops generalist experience
- Working knowledge of invoices, budgets, vendors, and operational processes
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Exceptional communication skills with a high level of EQ
- Outstanding problem solving skills and the ability to derive creative solutions
