Requirements

  • These are the essentials you’ll need to succeed:
  • - Level 4 qualification, including a relevant Mortgage Qualification.
  • - Strong understanding of **FCA expectations** and what constitutes a compliant, suitable advice file.
  • - Experience in compliance, file reviewing, or advice quality (or strong transferable experience from a provider or intermediary environment).
  • - Excellent organisational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
  • - Ability to work under pressure while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
  • - Confident user of office-based IT systems, including Microsoft Outlook and Teams.****
  • **Desirable requirements: ******These aren’t required, but they’ll help you stand out:
  • - Qualifications in Equity Release, Pension Transfer, or Long-Term Care (or an interest in pursuing them—we’ll support you).
  • - Experience using digitised advice quality systems.
  • - Broad technical and compliance knowledge gained within financial services.
