  • We're looking for an experienced customer service professional to join our telephone account management team. You'll have a working knowledge of the protection sector (including health insurance) and have worked with advisers along with having a passion for delivering a great service.********
  • Omni Protect is the UK’s largest protection club, supporting over 4,000 directly authorised firms with a bold mission: to simplify protection advice, elevate quality, and improve client outcomes across the financial services industry.****
  • **Role Overview: ******In essence, you'll be working in a team who provide a one-stop shop for intermediaries with protection questions. Most queries will come in via inbound calls and the role is a great training ground for aspiring protection account managers.
  • **Internally, this role is called Protection Telephone Account Manager.

Requirements

  • **Essential requirements:**
  • - Previous experience in financial services sales, particularly in the protection sector.
  • - A commitment to professional exams, with a minimum requirement of R01 & R05 (or equivalent qualifications).
  • - Strong verbal and written communication, with excellent networking and collaboration skills.
  • - Demonstrable experience in a sales environment, particularly within financial services and the protection market.
  • - Adept at analysing and interpreting data to support decision-making and optimise business outcomes.

  • - Comfortable working in a sales and target-driven environment
  • - Professional and hungry to learn
