About the role

  • Create technical architecture papers, reference architectures, and best-practice guides
  • Develop deep technical collateral for: Pre-Sales SEs, Implementation and delivery teams, Partners and system integrators, Technical customers
  • Build and maintain demo technical collateral, demo environments, and walkthroughs
  • Translate product capabilities and roadmap into clear, field-ready technical narratives
  • Design and deliver technical training programs for: Internal field teams, External partners, Customers
  • Create structured certification content (internal and external), including labs and assessments
  • Lead live training sessions, workshops, and recorded enablement content
  • Own partner technical enablement, including onboarding guides and ongoing readiness plans
  • Collaborate with Technical Marketing on: Technical white papers, Partner technical collateral, Solution briefs and demos
  • Act as a technical reviewer and authority to ensure accuracy and depth in all technical-facing materials
  • Work closely with field teams to understand real-world challenges and gaps
  • Serve as a technical escalation point for complex or strategic use cases when needed
  • Provide structured feedback to Product and Engineering based on field and partner input

Requirements

  • 7+ years experience as a Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, or Technical Architect
  • Strong hands-on experience designing and explaining complex technical systems
  • Proven ability to create high-quality technical documentation and training materials and delivering them to diverse audiences
  • Comfort presenting and teaching technical and non-technical audiences at multiple levels
  • Startup mindset: adaptable, execution-focused, and comfortable owning problems end-to-end.
