About the role
- Lead compensation programs, salary structures, job evaluation, and annual cycles
- Oversee benefits and pension plans, vendor relationships, and employee education
- Enhance recognition and wellness programs that support culture and wellbeing
- Provide data‑driven insights to support decisions on competitiveness, pay equity, and program effectiveness
- Lead and develop a small, high‑performing Total Rewards team
Requirements
- Strong compensation and benefits experience
- Experience in Total Rewards with strength in compensation design and market analysis
- Knowledge of benefits, pension, and wellness programs
- Experience in complex or multi‑site environments; union exposure is an asset
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Ability to lead people or programs with a collaborative, inclusive style
- Designations (CPHR, CEBS, CCP) are an asset, not a requirement
