About the role
- Act as the first point of contact for employee inquiries related to payroll, benefits, recruitment, onboarding, policies, and Workday.
- Provide HR administrative support, including presentations, data gathering, letter drafting, and Workday transactions.
- Maintain confidentiality of all sensitive HR and employee information.
- Support leaders and HRBPs with transactional Workday HCM activities.
- Create HR reporting and analytics on KPIs such as turnover, recruitment, performance reviews, employee experience, training, and compensation, and recommend process improvements based on trends.
- Partner with HRBPs and HR Managers to develop skills in investigations, terminations, performance management, training, and labour relations support.
Requirements
- Post-secondary diploma or degree in Business Administration or Human Resources
- 2 to 3 years HR generalist experience; or Combination of both education and experience would be considered
- Proficient in all aspects of the MS Office Suite
- Prior experience with any HRIS System (Workday)
