About the role

  • Build and maintain relationships with new, existing, and lapsed customers, converting prospects into repeat accounts and achieving annual sales targets.
  • Develop structured account plans and schedule visits to maximise efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate account details, engine population data, and sales opportunities. Provide timely forecasts and performance reports.
  • Prepare accurate parts and service quotations, track progress, and follow up to secure sales or provide feedback on lost opportunities.
  • Utilise promotional campaigns and leads from Inside Sales to identify growth opportunities within your territory.

Requirements

  • Proven success in a sales-driven environment, with experience of new business development.
  • Skilled in using software systems, CRM platforms, and e-commerce tools.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
