About the role

  • Lead complex, cross-functional initiatives spanning operational scaling, growth strategy, cost optimization, workflow automation, and new product initiatives - driving each from problem definition and analysis through execution and measurable results.
  • Partner with leadership to translate company strategy into tactical operational plans, execute operating cadences, and track performance against company-wide KPIs.
  • Design and maintain dashboards, reporting systems, and analytical frameworks that give leadership and clinic operators clear, actionable visibility into business performance.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to automate workflows and drastically reduce manual overhead using AI tools, data pipelines, and intelligent process redesign.
  • Develop rigorous financial models, business cases, and multi-year projections that support key investment, pricing, and growth decisions.
  • Partner with practice owners and Practice Success team to identify levers for clinic-level growth, utilization improvement, and operational efficiency.
  • Evaluate vendors and partners using structured frameworks, support contract negotiations, and drive accountability against agreed service levels.

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of progressive experience in management consulting, internal strategy, BizOps at high-growth startups, or a similarly rigorous analytical and operating role.
  • Experience in building scalable processes from scratch. Familiarity with building and leveraging AI agents to accelerate workflows is a plus.
  • Proficient in writing SQL queries and working with large, complex datasets. Hands-on experience building and maintaining dashboards in BI tools (e.g., Looker, Metabase, PowerBI).
  • Deep expertise in Excel and Google Sheets, with the ability to build complex scenario models, sensitivity analyses, and multi-variable data structures.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities and drive complex projects to completion while aligning various stakeholders.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication — able to synthesize complex analysis into clear, executive-ready recommendations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. MBA or Master's is a plus.
Benefits
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance.
  • Flexible PTO and remote-first work culture.
  • High-Impact Opportunity: Rare opportunity in Toronto to join a hyper-growth, YC and Tier-1 VC backed startup.
