Data Specialist

• Extraerás, procesarás, analizarás y presentarás datos alineados con los objetivos estratégicos de cada proyecto, siempre con un enfoque claro a resultados (KPI de negocio, eficiencia operativa, impacto en marca y experiencia de cliente).
• Crearás reportes y dashboards (alertas e informes diarios, semanales y mensuales) para distintos stakeholders, destacando hallazgos accionables y recomendaciones concretas que faciliten la toma de decisiones.
• Monitorearás constantemente redes sociales, medios digitales y otras fuentes de datos, identificando y mapeando temas clave para nuestros clientes (tendencias, percepciones, conversaciones relevantes, riesgos reputacionales).
• Trabajarás con herramientas especializadas de analítica para la recolección y explotación de datos; SalesForce, DOMO, PowerBi (entre otras) estructurando la información de forma que pueda convertirse en insights y planes de acción.
• Detectarás oportunidades y amenazas para el negocio, conectando datos con contexto, mercado, competencia y objetivos de marca, proponiendo next steps claros y medibles.
• Gestionarás alertas y potenciales crisis, midiendo su impacto, dando seguimiento a la conversación y acompañando la toma de decisiones junto con los equipos internos y el cliente.
• Colaborarás estrechamente con equipos internos y externos: Intelligence, Strategy, Community Management, cuentas, equipos del cliente, agencias y otros partners, por lo que la comunicación clara, oportuna y asertiva es clave en el rol.
• Innovarás en procesos y herramientas, proponiendo automatizaciones, nuevos enfoques de análisis, formas de visualización y metodologías que aumenten la eficiencia y el impacto de nuestros entregables.

Intelligence & Data Specialist

Engagement Specialist – Customer Care Agent

Video Editor

• Oversee the entire project lifecycle, ensuring all milestones are met on time and within budget.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between the company and external partners, facilitating clear and consistent communication.
• Provide regular updates on project progress, risks, and delays.
• Attend project meetings, take notes, and follow up on action items.
• Ensure all creative work aligns with company branding guidelines and marketing objectives.
• Review all creative content (video, graphics, scripts) before submission for approval, ensuring quality standards are met.
• Incorporate feedback from company into revisions, ensuring deliverables meet client expectations.
• Handle scheduling, logistics, and coordination of all video shoots, including booking venues, arranging talent, and securing permits.

• Adapt artwork for various mediums and layouts.
• Maintain an organized digital graphics library.
• Maintain an organized collection of all project files, including raw footage, edited content, scripts, and feedback notes.
• Lead the creation of instructional and help center videos, including script/storyboard review, asset management, and coordination with subject matter experts.
• Ensure consistency in style, music, and branding across instructional content.
• Manage requests for AI-generated voiceovers, including processing form submissions, coordinating with external vendors, and ensuring timely delivery for rushed projects.
• Liaise with clients and internal teams to match voice talent and scripts to project requirements.
• Support the production and planning of podcasts and webinars, including technical setup, rehearsal scheduling, and equipment management.
• Collaborate with experiential marketers and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution and post-event reporting.
• Maintain and improve media management processes, including folder structure, labeling, and file organization in platforms like Frame.io.
• Oversee quality control procedures for video projects and ensure proper archiving and sharing of assets.
• Schedule and coordinate studio sessions for pre-event and initiative videos, ensuring all participants are properly briefed and calendar invites are managed.
• Troubleshoot scheduling conflicts and communicate promptly with stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Proactively secure production crews and resources for shoots, especially when last-minute needs arise.
• Implement process improvements to streamline crew booking and communication.
• Ensure all project communications follow best practices (e.g., “reply all” for email threads, proper inclusion of stakeholders).
• Support compliance activities, such as updating emergency contacts in Workday and adhering to privacy policies.
• Attend and contribute to strategic meetings, including succession planning sessions, and assist with recording, reporting, and follow-up actions.
• Coordinate audio recording sessions, including studio reservations, logistics, and technical support for marketing and fund-related videos.
• Serve as a liaison between marketing, production, and technical teams to ensure smooth execution.

PM Creative Producer – Multimedia Video Production

Social Media Manager

• Provide advisory input on local social strategies for client review and decision.
• Ensure full alignment with the central strategy and OKRs and identify synergies between social and influencer marketing.
• Support the client in briefing external agencies.
• Collect and consolidate feedback into a single, aligned response to share with the executing agency.
• Track all reworks to ensure feedback is fully implemented before closure.
• Review agency trend alerts daily to identify relevant trends per brand and market.
• Provide a description, supporting examples, brand relevance, and suggested next steps for client review for each trend.
• Ensure no organic content is published without required approvals from the client under a strict compliance process.
• Maintain strict proof of approval in the central library and ensure publishing frequency follows the approved strategy.
• Ensure all executing agencies follow the client's processes and guidelines.
• Collaborate with internal Findasense teams responsible for Community Management, tagging, and reporting in the local market.
• Act as the main point of contact for internal Findasense teams regarding market social topics.
• Coordinate between Social Tech Admin and executing agencies for technical issues and access changes.
• Conduct monthly checks for fake accounts across all brands in the market and escalate them.

Social Media Project Manager, GB Market

• Maintain strict proof of approval in the central library (including approving entity, asset reference, approver name, and link to published content).
• Ensure publishing frequency follows the approved strategy.
• Ensure all executing agencies follow the client's processes and guidelines.
• Collaborate with internal Findasense teams responsible for Community Management, tagging, and reporting in the local market.
• Relay approved feedback, track remediation, and escalate non-resolution.
• Act as the main point of contact for internal Findasense teams regarding market social topics.
• Coordinate between Social Tech Admin and executing agencies for technical issues and access changes.
• Ensure executing agencies do not directly modify profile settings, bios, images, or access levels.
• Escalate any risks, breaches, or non-compliance to the client's local and central teams.
• Conduct monthly checks for fake accounts across all brands in the market and escalate them.
• Brief the Findasense Intelligence team on local social listening and reporting needs to ensure alignment with client requirements.
