About the role

  • Lead Client Onboarding & Go-Live
  • Own end-to-end implementations from contract signature through go-live and BAU handover
  • Build and execute comprehensive project plans across data migration, configuration, and integrations
  • Manage timelines, dependencies, resources availability, and critical path to ensure on-time launches
  • Monitor SLAs, escalate risks, and drive accountability across internal and external teams
  • Manage Technical Integrations & Configuration
  • Map current and future-state technical architecture with clients and internal teams
  • Oversee integrations with client systems (ABOR, IBOR, PMS, OMS, custodians, vendors)
  • Coordinate API configuration, data mapping, and system setup
  • Use JIRA, Dynamics, and RAID logs to track progress and manage deliverables
  • Learn LUSID & Luminesce products to become proficient and provide consultancy to clients, on optimum data models and product usage design
  • Drive Stakeholder Engagement & Governance
  • Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders (CTOs, Heads of Operations)
  • Run daily standups and lead steering committees with internal and external executives
  • Create strong and clear content for Governance Forums
  • Influence decisions, manage scope, and align expectations
  • Execute seamless handovers to Client Success and Support teams

Requirements

  • 7+ years managing complex SaaS implementations in financial services
  • Proven success delivering multi-stream enterprise projects through go-live
  • Deep understanding of buy-side operations (NAV, P&L, trade booking, settlement, reporting)
  • Hands-on experience with buy-side platforms (ABOR, IBOR, PMS, OMS, EMS)
  • Strong financial product knowledge across equities, fixed income, derivatives
  • Exceptional organizational and stakeholder management abilities
  • Experience with API integrations, data migration, and technical architecture mapping
  • Excellent communication skills, including presenting to C-level executives
  • Proficient with JIRA, project management tools, and creating project documentation (PIDs, BRDs)
  • Strong problem-solving in complex, ambiguous environments
  • Preferred PMP, Prince2, or equivalent certification
  • Prior fintech vendor experience
