Implementation Specialist

• Working directly with clients' project teams to support their implementation and delivery timelines.
• Explaining the product to clients, crafting solutions using LUSID, and delivering technical content, system configuration and training.
• Shipping platform configurations and contributing code directly to deliver client-specific capability and solve problems at the edge, while partnering with our London-based Product and Engineering teams on larger feature requests.
• Workshopping solutions and documenting requirements so our Product and Engineering teams can specify, build and test new functionality.
• Working with Delivery Managers to scope and estimate work and build coherent, deliverable implementation plans.
• Contributing to client deliverables and documentation.
