About the role
- Own and execute all digital marketing activities
- Build, launch and optimize paid campaigns
- Create landing pages and optimize conversions
- Manage marketing automation workflows and nurture sequences
- Develop and execute organic LinkedIn strategy
- Monitor LinkedIn analytics and optimize content performance
- Manage website updates, page optimization, and content publishing
- Implement technical SEO improvements
- Build email templates and automation sequences in HubSpot
- Administer and optimize the marketing technology stack
- Train sales users on HubSpot and support them
Requirements
- 4-6 years doing digital marketing execution
- Hands-on proficiency with HubSpot, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics
- Experience with MS Dynamics or similar CRM platforms
- Proven track record building organic LinkedIn presence
- Comfortable working in the platforms daily
- Self-starter who spots opportunities
- Strong attention to detail
- Analytical mindset
