About the role
- Create, maintain and manage strong relationships with our business partners.
- Leverage specialized product knowledge and consultative selling to increase partner-generated volume.
- Regularly inform and coach partners about the Financeit program and processes.
- Teach businesses how to use our suite of tools to promote financing and monthly payment options.
- Develop and deliver regular training and coaching sessions to small and medium-sized businesses.
- Ensure that new employees at merchant clients receive comprehensive training on the Financeit platform.
- Ensure compliance with our approval and risk management requirements.
- Grow volume from existing partners while ensuring successful onboarding of new partners so they generate consistent volume.
- Work closely with approval, activation and merchant enablement teams to improve the overall sales process.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Three years of experience in direct sales and relationship management.
- Experience in consumer credit, software-as-a-service (SaaS), or financial services is preferred.
- Strong subject-matter expertise in successfully managing B2B sales and service relationships is an asset.
- Knowledge of a customer relationship management system, ideally Salesforce.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines under pressure.
- Strong customer service and retail experience is an asset.
