• You coordinate timelines, deadlines and stakeholders (internal teams, freelancers, agencies)
• You keep everything on track and ensure nothing falls through the cracks
• You provide hands-on support in content creation: whether newsletters, social media copy, website copy or presentations
• You manage our marketing assets and brief graphic designers or content creators
• You prepare decision memos and presentations for the executive team
• You support the CEO and Marketing Lead on strategic projects and handle preparation and follow-up for key meetings
• You work closely with our data experts and external freelancers

• You drive the operational execution of our marketing roadmap
• You coordinate timelines, deadlines and stakeholders (internal teams, freelancers, agencies) to ensure campaigns (e.g. clinic launches, social media sprints) go live on time
• You keep all threads together and make sure nothing falls through the cracks
• You provide operational support in content creation: whether newsletters, social media copy, website texts or presentations — you have an eye for quality and tone
• You ensure our look & feel remains consistent across all channels (CI/CD)
• You manage our marketing assets and brief graphic designers or content creators
• You prepare decision papers and presentations for management (e.g. pitches)
• You support the CEO and Marketing Lead on strategic projects and handle preparation and follow-up for key meetings
• You act as a communication bridge between the marketing team and important internal and external stakeholders
• You work closely with our data experts and freelancers
• You use insights to optimize our content and campaign planning
• You learn how brand and performance work together to drive real growth
• You design internal communication formats (team updates, all-hands) and ensure the whole team knows and celebrates our marketing successes
• You assist with organizing events (e.g. community events, trade show appearances)
