Junior Coach for Lead Veterinarians – Practice Performance & Development
filuLead Vet Coach developing veterinary practice teams in Germany. Contributing to economic understanding and operational efficiency in veterinary practices and enhancing team performance.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support Lead Veterinarians as a Lead Vet Coach to develop practice teams and increase their effectiveness.
- Independently manage projects and work closely with the Head of Practice Execution.
- Conduct regular on-site practice visits for personal exchange and development of existing clinics.
- Systematically analyze practices within the network and derive actionable recommendations.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree in Veterinary Medicine.
- Approximately 3–4 years of practical experience in small animal medicine.
- Strong interest in business and economic contexts (business acumen).
- Analytical thinking and ability to structure and interpret data.
- Team player with a hands-on mentality and willingness to pursue continuous professional development.
- Initial experience in practice management or in shaping practice workflows is a major plus.
- Strong communication skills, empathy, and an ability to foster open dialogue.
- Fluent German (C2) and good English skills (at least B1).
