About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support Lead Veterinarians as a Lead Vet Coach to develop practice teams and increase their effectiveness.
Independently manage projects and work closely with the Head of Practice Execution.
Conduct regular on-site practice visits for personal exchange and development of existing clinics.
Systematically analyze practices within the network and derive actionable recommendations.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree in Veterinary Medicine.
Approximately 3–4 years of practical experience in small animal medicine.
Strong interest in business and economic contexts (business acumen).
Analytical thinking and ability to structure and interpret data.
Team player with a hands-on mentality and willingness to pursue continuous professional development.
Initial experience in practice management or in shaping practice workflows is a major plus.
Strong communication skills, empathy, and an ability to foster open dialogue.
Fluent German (C2) and good English skills (at least B1).
