About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support Lead Veterinarians as a Lead Vet Coach to develop practice teams and increase their effectiveness.
  • Independently manage projects and work closely with the Head of Practice Execution.
  • Conduct regular on-site practice visits for personal exchange and development of existing clinics.
  • Systematically analyze practices within the network and derive actionable recommendations.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Degree in Veterinary Medicine.
  • Approximately 3–4 years of practical experience in small animal medicine.
  • Strong interest in business and economic contexts (business acumen).
  • Analytical thinking and ability to structure and interpret data.
  • Team player with a hands-on mentality and willingness to pursue continuous professional development.
  • Initial experience in practice management or in shaping practice workflows is a major plus.
  • Strong communication skills, empathy, and an ability to foster open dialogue.
  • Fluent German (C2) and good English skills (at least B1).
