About the role

Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree in Veterinary Medicine
- At least 6 years of practical experience in small animal medicine or comparable fields
- Proven leadership experience, ideally in interdisciplinary teams
- Experience in practice management or coaching
- Deep understanding of the business and financial dynamics of a veterinary practice
- Strong analytical thinking skills
- Proactive, hands-on mentality with self-initiative
- Fluent German (C2) and good English skills (at least B1)
- Digital affinity and flexibility for business travel
