- Source, screen, and engage candidates across technical and non-technical roles
- Quarterback the entire recruiting process, coordinating hiring activities and stakeholder communication
- Run structured, evidence-based interviews to evaluate strengths and risks
- Manage candidate journeys from initial contact through offer and onboarding
- Write interview summaries and advise hiring managers to guide hiring decisions
- Negotiate and close offers; ensure professional candidate experience
- Maintain accurate records in Greenhouse and remove process bottlenecks to maintain momentum
- Champion diversity and inclusion throughout hiring processes

- Diagnose fit and guide decisions by writing crisp, evidence-based interview summaries and advocating for exceptional candidates
- Negotiate and close offers with professionalism, persuasion, and confidence
- Maintain accurate records in Greenhouse (ATS); prevent bottlenecks and ensure momentum
- Champion diversity and inclusion by flagging bias, pushing for evidence-based evaluation, and ensuring diverse pipelines
- Strong communication skills with clarity, empathy, and conviction; ability to balance speed with rigor and persuasion with process
