About the role
- Responsible for a portfolio of owned and leased properties
- Develop, lead and administer financial plans within the portfolio
- Collaborate with divisional service delivery partners
- Manage operating budgets and forecasting
- Inspect properties on a regular basis and identify deficiencies
- Manage lease agreements and participate in disaster preparedness
Requirements
- Two years of property management experience requested
- Successful management of vendors
- Basic understanding of lease/real estate terms and building operations
- Ability to collaborate and work as a team across multiple internal and external functions
- Strong project management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, Power Point, and Access Database.
