About the role
- Manage Investor Reporting functional responsibilities and staff
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting for Investors and management
- Plan, assign, and monitor workflow of the department
- Ensure department staffing and training is adequate
- Develop and coach staff to promote high performance
- Ensure appropriate escalation of service and operational issues
- Act as primary POC for Investor Reporting
- Expedite accurate remittances for all bank investors
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience
- 5 years Investor Reporting / Accounting experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience communicating with senior leaders such as presentations and written correspondence is preferred
- Advanced knowledge and experience with MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is required
- Proven leadership skills, initiative, analytical, and decisive decision-making skills are required.
