About the role
- Drive new business development and consultative solutions for healthcare clients
- Source opportunities and cultivate relationships within the healthcare sector
- Develop market strategies that accelerate growth
- Manage internal relationships and build trust and networks
- Actively manage a pipeline using the iris tool
- Ensure proper account documentation and agreement execution
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- MBA or advanced degree preferred
- At least 5 years of experience in a Healthcare payments/revenue cycle sales environment
- Strong desire to constantly improve oneself
- Strong client interaction skills and ability to influence sales process
- Proven product and sales knowledge to mentor new team members
- Demonstrated knowledge of healthcare payment, treasury management, and depository products
- Excellent oral and written skills
- Basic proficiency in PC software (MS Office)
- Ability to build new & existing client relationships
- Basic understanding of financial statement analysis
