About the role
- The 10-week Fidelity Intern Program (FIDTERN) is a world-class opportunity for college-level students to explore Fidelity's business and culture through a cohesive and centralized program experience.
- Interns are supported by a direct manager and team throughout the Summer.
- FIDTERN Summer Series includes weekly events (in-person and virtual) with webinars on career development, financial literacy, and inclusion topics, community service events, and networking with full-time Fidelity employees, fun outings (baseball games, escape rooms, go-karting).
- Approximately 1,000 interns participate each year, enabling networking with peers, mentors, and leaders.
- Structured Intern Mentor Program where you can be mentored by Affinity Group members and chat with folks across business units.
- A portion of the internship will be in-person; Fidelity’s hybrid model blends onsite and offsite work.
- Internship availability in Boston, MA; Durham, NC; Westlake, TX offices.

Requirements
- Current college student who will return to coursework after their Summer 2026 internship.
- Interest in a career in human resources; detail-oriented and has a passion for learning.
