About the role
- Provides administrative, analytical, and coordination support to the Account Management and Sales teams.
- Supports account and sales activities by developing and maintaining tracking systems and conducting market and client research.
- Prepares internal reports and presentations.
- Ensures smooth coordination across cross-functional teams.
- Maintains and organizes partner and prospect data in CRM systems.
- Provides support for planning and logistics of meetings and events related to business development and account activities.
- Develops and/or coordinates inputs for pitches, proposals, account plans, and sales enablement tools.
- Tracks and reports on the status of all business proposals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or its international equivalent in business administration, public health, social sciences or related field.
- 5-8 years of experience with international and/or domestic business development.
- Articulate, professional and able to communicate in a clear, positive manner with clients, colleagues, and partners in an international environment.
- Must be able to read, write, and speak fluent English.
- Proficiency in French is an asset.
- Prior work experience in a non-governmental organization (NGO).
