- Champion the alignment and execution of innovative residential trade strategies.
- Serve as the primary residential trade leader.
- Translate national residential trade strategies into regional execution plans.

Requirements
- 10+ years of relevant trade, sales, or industry leadership experience preferred.
- 5+ years of multi-site, regional, or multi-unit leadership experience preferred.
- Proven track record of leading regional or multi-market strategies.
- Success in a matrixed environment, partnering with senior leaders.
- Natural ability to align diverse teams toward a shared vision.
- World-class communicator with the ability to inspire rapid adoption of strategies.
- Passion for building, coaching, and scaling successful teams.
- Deep trade knowledge focused on long-term customer partnerships.
- Willingness to travel within the region as needed.
