  • Success in a matrixed environment, partnering with senior leaders.
  • Natural ability to align diverse teams toward a shared vision.
  • World-class communicator with the ability to inspire rapid adoption of strategies.
  • Passion for building, coaching, and scaling successful teams.
  • Deep trade knowledge focused on long-term customer partnerships.
  • Willingness to travel within the region as needed.
