About the role
- Drive alignment and execution of Home strategies in local markets
- Lead communication efforts around new capabilities and resources
- Collaborate on Home business planning, including budgeting and forecasting
- Roll-out and support execution of national strategies at local level
- Manage competing demands from corporate and market-level initiatives
- Develop and manage relationships with key vendors and suppliers
- Implement company policies supporting growth, customer satisfaction, and market share
- Support staffing, training, and performance evaluations to meet strategic goals
- Collaborate with leadership to ensure strategic alignment
- Maintain connections with customers and associates to drive success
Requirements
- Must live in market and office in a Ferguson blended location
- 10+ years relevant industry or company experience preferred
- 5+ years relevant multi-unit leadership experience preferred
