About the role
- Process inbound telephone calls and respond to internet leads
- Set in-home sale appointments for Safety Specialists
- Make a high volume of outbound phone calls to schedule in-home sales visits
- Follow a systematized sales process to convert leads into sales opportunities
- Collaborate with others and ensure quality assurance throughout the lead-setting process
Requirements
- Experience working in a modern contact center
- Emphasis on consultative sales or lead-generation
- Proven track record of success in selling over the phone
- Technical skills to task switch between omni-channel contact center software, CRM, and Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong understanding of North American geography
- Ability to receive coaching in an individual or team setting
- Willingness to work in a remote situation requiring communication via video conference, instant messaging, and phone
