About the role
- Create and lead business analysis, market research, and competitive intelligence
- Develop, coordinate, and implement client relationship management efforts
- Collaborate with Litigation partners to identify cross-selling opportunities
- Manage high-profile RFPs and recommend improvements to BD functions
- Mentor and manage junior BD colleagues
Requirements
- 7+ years of professional services business development experience
- Intermediate to advanced understanding of technology industries and corresponding legal services
- Bachelor's required; M.B.A. or J.D. preferred
- Advanced search, data collection and reporting skills
- Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in MS Office suite
- Ability to write about complex legal and technical topics
