About the role

  • Review and process vendor invoices, expense reports, and corporate credit card statements
  • Rush payment requests and weekly payment runs
  • Reconcile vendor accounts and respond to inquiries
  • Collaborate with the finance team, Fenwick staff, and vendors
  • Assist in AP ticketing dashboard
  • Obtain approvals for payments
  • Send New Vendor Welcome Packet
  • Collect and track W-9s for new vendors
  • Review and reconcile Firm credit cards

Requirements

  • Proficient with Windows, Outlook, MS Excel, and MS Word
  • Work independently and in a team environment
  • Maintain a professional and positive demeanor
  • Effective verbal and written communication
  • Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information
  • Use good judgement in complex and time-sensitive situations
  • Organize and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Attention to detail with the ability to deliver accurate work
  • Maintain calm under pressure
  • Demonstrate flexibility, professionalism, diplomacy, and tact
  • Contribute to building a positive team spirit
  • Some general accounting/office experience preferred
  • A bachelor's degree is preferred
