About the role
- Review and process vendor invoices, expense reports, and corporate credit card statements
- Rush payment requests and weekly payment runs
- Reconcile vendor accounts and respond to inquiries
- Collaborate with the finance team, Fenwick staff, and vendors
- Assist in AP ticketing dashboard
- Obtain approvals for payments
- Send New Vendor Welcome Packet
- Collect and track W-9s for new vendors
- Review and reconcile Firm credit cards
Requirements
- Proficient with Windows, Outlook, MS Excel, and MS Word
- Work independently and in a team environment
- Maintain a professional and positive demeanor
- Effective verbal and written communication
- Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information
- Use good judgement in complex and time-sensitive situations
- Organize and prioritize multiple tasks
- Attention to detail with the ability to deliver accurate work
- Maintain calm under pressure
- Demonstrate flexibility, professionalism, diplomacy, and tact
- Contribute to building a positive team spirit
- Some general accounting/office experience preferred
- A bachelor's degree is preferred
