About the role
- Provide general administrative support to the Recruiting Department
- Monitor and maintain Recruiting Department inbox
- Assist with applicant correspondence and submission process
- Maintain electronic files and records
- Process invoices for payment
- Update and maintain recruiting calendar and contacts
- Assist with the interview process for candidates
- Compile evaluations for the Recruiting Committee
- Assist with preparing for OCI
- Design and create Attorney Recruiting newsletters as needed
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- 1 year of experience in a law firm or professional service setting
- Knowledge of attorney recruiting processes
- Excellent attention to detail
- Computer proficient with recruiting database software, preferably Workday and LawCruit
- Proficient in MS Office
- Excellent organizational skills.
