About the role
- Schedule and coordinate candidate interviews
- Gather interview evaluations and prepare evaluation packets
- Draft and finalize attorney offer letters
- Coordinate expense and cost sharing for candidates
- Build and maintain good relationships with universities
- Post job ads and source potential candidates
- Coordinate Summer Program events and law school presentations
- Assist in developing ongoing relationships with search firm consultants
- Perform other related duties and assist with projects as assigned
Requirements
- 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in a law firm environment
- Knowledge of the attorney recruiting processes
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and applicant tracking systems, such as Workday and Lawcruit
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalence in education and/or experience strongly preferred.
