About the role
- Leverage your experience closing SMB SaaS deals to close our firehose of leads
- Quarterback complex deals with multiple stakeholders both internal and external
- Work with C-Level Executives and Business Owners to understand their business problems and help propose and deliver solutions
- Learn our product inside and out to help your customers achieve their desired outcomes
- Ensure 100% customer satisfaction and retention
- Maintain and track all customer interactions in our CRM (Hubspot)
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience selling SaaS
- Experience with a PLG business model strongly preferred
- Experience closing deals from $5-$10K+ ARR
- A proven track record as a top performer
- Comfortable with a high degree of ambiguity and strong negotiation skills
- Independent, self-starter with a bias for action
- Highly adaptable, easily acclimating to a rapidly changing environment
- An attention to detail, and have a need to stay organized
- A strong sense of empathy and emotional intelligence
