Creative Strategist

• Your mission is to increase the volume, velocity, and quality of high-performing ad creative across our brands: Bolt Pharmacy UK to start with.
• Your job is to keep a steady pipeline of fresh, on-brand, compliant angles flowing, ideated, briefed, scripted, produced with creators, QA'd, and handed to the media buyers ready to test.
• You'll turn what's working (for competitors, in our own accounts, and across the wider DTC and social landscape) into concrete briefs and scripts, then close the loop with clear performance reporting.
• You'll work directly with our Creative Lead, André, who will stay hands-on alongside you.
• You'll ramp into the brands: voice, visual language, top performers, testing frameworks, and the compliance constraints of each market.
• You'll take on increasing ownership of the creative-strategy operation over time.
• Day to day, this means generating angles for statics and video, writing UGC scripts and ad copy, reviewing creator and internal-team content for quality and compliance, steering our external Meta and channel agencies with in-account insight, and running a reporting cadence that makes your work easy to trust.
• This is not a strategy-only role. The work today is hands-on craft: you're in the briefs, the scripts, the reviews, and the reports every day.
• If you really nail the role, you’ll be considered for future Creative Lead positions.

Performance Marketing

• Google Ads ownership: Over time, you operate the Google accounts day-to-day. UK is the core market and your priority today.
• Profit-aware scaling: You push spend up while keeping tCPA / CAC inside target bands.
• Compliance mastery & account resilience: You operate cleanly under ASA / CAP and GPhC rules.
• Multi-geo orchestration: You run multiple country accounts in parallel without dropping balls.
• Ad copy, feed and landing page craft: You write ad copy that converts inside tight character limits and strict compliance rules.
• Team building: As we add more buyers alongside you and underneath you, you hire, mentor, and lead the Google pod.

Senior Media Buyer – Paid Search

• Creative Strategy: Set the creative direction for all creative, primarily Meta ($1M+/month), anchored in performance data. You are the taste-maker.
• Raise Creative Quality: Close the 8→10/10 gap in the UK. The gap is emotional resonance and visual quality. Create differentiated, non-formulaic ads that reduce our CAC. Set the bar and hold it across everything we put in market.
• EU Creative Expansion: Build the creative localisation playbook for Germany, the Netherlands, and other local markets. Create market-native work that reflects local psychology, platform behaviour, and cultural nuance.
• Own the Ideation Pipeline: Every brief must pass the distinctiveness test: would Meta's algorithm treat this as a genuinely new concept?
• Build the AI Creative System: Elevate the existing AI-assisted production stack, from brief to production to iteration, with tight feedback loops between creative output and performance data.
• Bolt Brand Visual Refresh: Lead the Bolt brand visual refresh, ensuring the new identity is consistent and lands across every customer touchpoint.
• Test & Scale: Lead high-velocity experiments across hooks, formats, angles, and messaging. Scale winners aggressively. Inform future channel creative, including CTV and linear TV, as those tests develop.
• Partner with Performance: Work hand-in-glove with Dave, our Head of Performance, and the growing media buying team. Connect creative output directly to CAC and ROAS. The goal is subscription-first creative at 300+ distinct concepts per sprint.
• Oversee TV Creative: Oversee the development of best-in-class DRTV and performance creative for our first forays into the channel.
• Lead the Creative Team: Manage and develop a small but high-impact team. Andre shifts towards production operations and AI workflows; you shift the team from execution to creative excellence.

Head of Creative

Marketing

• Meta ownership across all live markets: Over time, you operate the Meta ad accounts day-to-day across the UK and new markets as they launch.
• Profit-aware scaling: You push spend up while keeping ROAS / CAC inside target bands.
• Multi-geo orchestration: You run multiple country accounts in parallel without dropping balls.
• Creative partnership with André's team: You work hand-in-hand with our Creative Lead to translate platform signal into briefs.
• Structured operating cadence: You run a weekly rhythm - plan, execute, retro, replan.
• Account hygiene & resilience: You maintain, harden, and evolve our Business Manager / ad account structures.
• New-channel expansion (over time): As you earn the right, you take on adjacent channels.
• Team building (over time): As we add junior buyers underneath you, you hire, mentor, and lead the Meta pod.
