• Creative partnership with André's team: You work hand-in-hand with our Creative Lead to translate platform signal into briefs.
• Structured operating cadence: You run a weekly rhythm - plan, execute, retro, replan.
• Account hygiene & resilience: You maintain, harden, and evolve our Business Manager / ad account structures.
• New-channel expansion (over time): As you earn the right, you take on adjacent channels.
• Team building (over time): As we add junior buyers underneath you, you hire, mentor, and lead the Meta pod.

• engineer word of mouth growth and measure this primarily via 30-Day K Factor.
• understand our existing referral program, then rapidly improve it via experiments.
• make our product social by default, encouraging customers to invite their friends.
• turn our customers’ offline touchpoints into a billboard for the product.
• activate real customer stories, screenshots, milestones, and before/afters.
• get imaginative in the freemium experience.
• trigger delight and tribal affinity so customers instinctively just want to tell their friends about us.
• make sure everything is tracked.
• own the decision on what stack to use and guide its implementation.

• You'll manage our current team of 2 product designers from day one, and grow the team from there.
