About the role

  • Develop and execute localized marketing plans for Australia and New Zealand, including advertising, PR, social media, promotions, invoicing, and budget management.
  • Drive ticket sales and brand visibility for Feld Entertainment’s live touring productions in the region.
  • Collaborate with global and regional stakeholders (Brand, Creative Services, PR, CRM, Consumer Products, APAC Marketing, Touring Shows) to align messaging and deliverables.
  • Lead and manage external agencies and partners (advertising/PR/creative agencies, venues, ticketing partners, The Walt Disney Company) to deliver campaigns.
  • Support and contribute to regional PR efforts and social media execution to generate awareness and earned media.
  • Track ticket sales, campaign effectiveness, and engagement data; recommend pricing changes and prepare recaps, snapshots, and post-engagement reports.
  • Assist with marketing efforts in other APAC countries when required; provide administrative support and participate in internal calls, meetings, and cross-functional initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of marketing experience, ideally in entertainment, events, tourism, or consumer products.
  • Willing and able to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
  • Available in-office at least 3 days per week in Melbourne.
  • Must reside in and be eligible to work in Australia (No relocation available).
  • Strong alignment with Feld brand, PR, and sponsorship standards.
  • Commitment to continuous professional growth and learning as a marketing leader.
  • Proactive and resourceful; able to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Detail-oriented and organized; able to manage multiple campaigns, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Strong communicator; builds and maintains effective relationships across regions and time zones.

  • Digitally fluent; familiar with social media platforms, digital reporting tools, and marketing systems.
  • Flexible and collaborative; willing to support evolving team and business needs across APAC.
