About the role
- Provide strategic direction and oversight for all facilities within the 12th District.
- Lead Facility Management functions including Construction Projects and Space Planning.
- Serve as a strategic partner and advisor to senior executive team.
- Establish a strategic roadmap and multi-year planning forecast.
- Proactively engage with business lines to anticipate infrastructure needs.
- Oversee and support the Environmental Health & Safety Program.
- Oversee the Group’s financial management function including budgeting and asset management.
- Build and sustain productive relationships with customers and regulatory agencies.
Requirements
- 15 + years of facilities and construction management experience.
- 12+ years of progressive people and business leadership experience.
- Bachelor’s degree; Masters degree preferred.
- Possess strong executive presence.
- Intellectually curious, agile and innovative.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication.
- Strong track record of collaborating with business partners.
- Experience navigating teams through large change initiatives.
- Results oriented leader with ability to move projects from concept to completion.
