Revenue Operations

• Audit current revenue systems and workflows in Salesforce, HubSpot, and Planhat to identify legacy complexity, redundant processes, and technical debt
• Remove or rebuild processes that no longer serve the business
• Own Salesforce architecture and administration
• Maintain working fluency across HubSpot and Planhat and understand data flows and system connections
• Configure, troubleshoot, and build within revenue platforms
• Establish reporting practices that surface trends, retention signals, and operational risks
• Provide operational visibility to leadership
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Services leadership
• Establish documentation practices for systems, workflows, and integrations, including Salesforce-to-Intacct data flows
• Decide when to hire, use a contractor, or engage an agency and build the business case
• Operate initially as a one-person function with hands-on execution
• Participate in virtual interviews, a work assignment, and panel presentation as part of the hiring process

• Directly lead, develop, and mentor a team of 10–15 Campaign Managers and Strategists.
• Conduct regular call and email reviews to provide actionable feedback on client management, objection handling, and campaign execution.
• Lead bi-annual reviews, career growth planning, performance management (including PIPs when necessary), and candidate interviewing/onboarding.
• Architect, document, and launch new operational workflows, ensuring high team adoption and minimal disruption.
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs), track service delivery metrics, and build capacity models to support sustainable growth.
• Act as the primary escalation point for critical client issues, with direct authority to approve concessions or custom solutions.
• Serve as a subject-matter expert for the Feathr platform, helping your team troubleshoot issues and translate complex technical concepts for non-technical clients.
