About the role
- Administer and configure Salesforce instances (Service Cloud, Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud);
- Support business areas in defining and optimizing processes within the platform;
- Execute tests, make adjustments and implement improvements to flows, automations and integrations;
- Support implementation and enhancement projects for new modules and features;
- Prepare basic functional and technical documentation;
- Collaborate with global teams, vendors and internal users.
Requirements
- Prior experience with Salesforce (minimum 2 years);
- General knowledge of Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud and Sales Cloud modules;
- Ability to interpret functional and technical requirements;
- English for communication with international teams;
- Strong communication skills, organized and collaborative attitude.
