About the role
- Develop, enhance, and maintain interactive dashboards and analytical reports in Power BI, focusing on clarity, performance, and usability;
- Understand business needs and translate data into actionable insights that support strategic decisions;
- Perform SQL queries and optimizations to ensure accuracy and efficiency in data extraction and manipulation;
- Manage and maintain the data infrastructure, ensuring security, integrity, and availability of information;
- Collaborate with business and technology teams to identify opportunities and propose data-driven solutions;
- Support the continuous evolution of reports and KPIs, ensuring consistency and visual storytelling in deliverables.
Requirements
- Expert-level proficiency in Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, dashboard development, and application of design and user experience best practices;
- Strong experience with SQL, including query writing, script optimization, and integration of multiple data sources;
- Experience working closely with business areas, with an understanding of the metrics and KPIs that support strategic decisions;
- Knowledge of MongoDB (NoSQL) and AWS (especially Amazon S3) is a plus;
- Analytical, communicative, and results-oriented profile, with attention to detail and the ability to turn data into relevant visual narratives.
