Data Engineer

• Lead the design and construction of a next-generation data warehouse optimized for improved efficiency, performance, and massive scale.
• Build and maintain robust data pipelines for real-time ingestion from large-scale production transactional databases containing hundreds of millions of rows.
• Develop real-time data transformation layers to ensure the data warehouse reflects live business activity, enabling "up-to-the-minute" analytics for our ecosystem.
• Partner with the Senior Data Product Manager to define, evangelize, and execute a data roadmap that meets both internal and external customer needs.
• Research and select appropriate technical solutions, coordinate delivery with dedicated agile teams, and champion engineering best practices.
• Rigorously test and validate data integrity, establishing and measuring success metrics for system performance and data reliability.
• Work closely with stakeholders to develop technical business cases for new initiatives, ensuring alignment across the development organization.

Staff Data Engineer

Product Manager

• Refine and drive the product vision and strategy across our global payments and subscription platform. Fully transition the team to an outcome-based Product Operating Model aligned to FastSpring’s growth and disciplined resource allocation.
• Lead the charge in embedding generative AI within the product lifecycle, from automating documentation and data synthesis to optimizing discovery, while actively using and evolving these approaches in your own work.
• Lead and mentor the Product Management team, raising the bar on how PMs think, operate, and collaborate. Establish consistent, high-quality product practices through hands-on coaching and direct engagement, not just process definition.
• Operates as a true player-coach by personally owning critical workstreams, writing technical specs where needed, and working alongside Engineering to solve complex problems across payments infrastructure and global compliance.
• Own the full product lifecycle, from discovery and prioritization to go-to-market, maintaining close proximity to execution and ensuring strategy is grounded in real-world feedback and outcomes.
• Partner deeply with Engineering, Customer, Sales, and Marketing to drive alignment, accelerate delivery, and ensure successful adoption. Build strong credibility with technical teams through shared ownership and high standards.
• Dedicate significant time to the craft of product management by developing team capabilities in continuous discovery, commercial acumen, and stakeholder management to build a culture of extreme ownership and high performance.
• Develop deep insights into customer needs, market trends, and competitive dynamics. Use a data-driven approach to identify growth opportunities and inform build versus buy decisions in a resource-conscious environment.
• Champion a pragmatic, data-driven culture that prioritizes actionable insights over vanity metrics. Define clear success metrics, navigate trade-offs, and continuously refine the user experience to drive unit economic growth.
• Serve as a key member of the leadership team, ensuring a cohesive, scalable, and differentiated product experience across the ecosystem while contributing to long-term company strategy.

Vice President, Product Management

• Define, evangelize, and execute a data product roadmap that services our sellers needs by providing actionable insights in and out of the FastSpring ecosystem.
• Analyze payments, dispute, and revenue data to inform seller business strategies.
• Identify and prioritize new product opportunities based on internal and external research and deep understanding of customer challenges and market trends.
• Work closely with a dedicated agile development team to define user stories, research appropriate technical solutions, coordinate delivery, and drive adoption.
• Gather and synthesize user feedback from various inputs to identify, prioritize, and champion new product opportunities to drive business outcomes.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop business cases for new product development ideas, lead the prioritization of these ideas, and work to gain alignment across the business.
• Develop a deep understanding of the market and our users by interviewing customers and stakeholders, conducting competitive analysis, and keeping abreast of industry news and trends.
• Rigorously test and validate new ideas, present fact-based rationale for product prioritization initiatives, and establish and measure success metrics.
• Define and measure product feature success based on objective and observable criteria.
