About the role
- Support the Central Banking Operations Administrator and Director of Central Banking Operations with department responsibilities and projects
- Conduct research, analyze data, monitor processes, and identify areas for process improvement
- Create and maintain operational metrics and conduct ad hoc studies
- Perform project-related tasks assigned by Management, including preparing project documents, testing of new initiatives and processes, and obtaining required approvals
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience required
- Knowledge of Core banking systems required
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Ability to build and implement control testing programs to evaluate the design and adequacy and effectiveness of key controls
