Learning and Development

• The Learning & Development (L&D) Assistant is responsible for supporting the coordination, administration, communication, and day-to-day operations of the organization's training and employee development programs.
• This role provides administrative and logistical support to ensure training initiatives are delivered efficiently and effectively.
• The L&D Assistant manages training schedules, registrations, learning systems, training room logistics, virtual learning sessions, communications, reporting, and department resources.
• The position serves as a primary point of contact for training-related inquiries and supports the successful execution of instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced learning programs.
• Requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, professionalism, adaptability, and a customer-focused mindset.

Learning and Development Assistant

Trainer

• Deliver technical skills training to employees and facilitate sales and professional development programs.
• Support the transfer of learning to the workplace by coaching and reinforcing key concepts.
• Assist in the creation, development, and implementation of training materials, curricula, schedules, and resources.
• Develop and maintain training expertise through observation and continuous learning.
• Coordinate and deliver training on core banking systems and business-driven learning programs.
• Support the development and delivery of training through various learning modalities.
• Facilitate engaging training sessions in classroom and virtual environments.
• Partner with subject matter experts to design and deliver training initiatives focused on operational excellence.
• Collaborate on instructional design methodologies and training material creation.
• Foster positive learning environments that encourage participation and knowledge retention.
• Collect and analyze training feedback to measure effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities.
• Recommend updates to training materials to enhance learning outcomes.

Learning and Development Trainer

Customer Support

• Provide client support for all Treasury Management products and services including calls (e.g., internal, and external client calls), coordinating support with TM Fulfillment
• Help maintain new client relationships through various department administrative systems.
• Work with TM Support Specialist 3 or TMS Management to help maintain quality control of internal and external calls by supporting the call queues.
• Back up other department responsibilities including projects and other duties assigned.
• Document internal and external requests (CRM Events), including but not limited to: Requests received via centralized email inbox. Requests from clients from calls
• Support follow-up until resolution is completed.
