About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- The Learning & Development (L&D) Assistant is responsible for supporting the coordination, administration, communication, and day-to-day operations of the organization's training and employee development programs.
- This role provides administrative and logistical support to ensure training initiatives are delivered efficiently and effectively.
- The L&D Assistant manages training schedules, registrations, learning systems, training room logistics, virtual learning sessions, communications, reporting, and department resources.
- The position serves as a primary point of contact for training-related inquiries and supports the successful execution of instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced learning programs.
- Requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, professionalism, adaptability, and a customer-focused mindset.
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience coordinating multiple tasks, projects, schedules, or business activities within a professional office environment.
- Strong administrative, customer service, and organizational skills.
- Banking, financial services, or regulated industry experience preferred.
- Experience coordinating virtual meetings, webinars, or training events using platforms such as Microsoft Teams or Zoom.
- Familiarity with reporting, data tracking, and maintaining operational or training records.
- Experience utilizing AI-enabled productivity tools, such as Microsoft Copilot, to support administrative efficiency and business processes.
