Assist in the creation, development, and implementation of training materials, curricula, schedules, and resources.

Support the development and delivery of training through various learning modalities.
Facilitate engaging training sessions in classroom and virtual environments.
Partner with subject matter experts to design and deliver training initiatives focused on operational excellence.
Collaborate on instructional design methodologies and training material creation.
Foster positive learning environments that encourage participation and knowledge retention.
Collect and analyze training feedback to measure effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities.
Recommend updates to training materials to enhance learning outcomes.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, Organizational Development, Communications, or a related field; equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
Experience delivering instructor-led, virtual, and blended learning programs preferred.
Experience training on core banking systems, operational processes, or financial products desirable.
Demonstrated experience facilitating adult learning and supporting employee performance improvement initiatives.
Professional certifications in learning and development, training, instructional design, coaching, or facilitation (e.g., ATD Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD), Associate Professional in Talent Development (APTD), or similar certifications) are preferred.
Experience utilizing Learning Management Systems (LMS), virtual learning platforms, and digital learning technologies preferred.
Familiarity with instructional design principles, curriculum development, and training evaluation methodologies is a plus.
Banking operations, customer service, sales, and regulatory compliance training experience preferred.
