About the role
- Deliver and facilitate sales-focused training programs for supervisory and professional audiences
- Partner with stakeholders to align learning with business strategy and performance goals
- Provide feedback, track learner progress, and report on training impact
- Support curriculum development and continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage training logistics and ensure a seamless learner experience
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in business, education, or related field
- Two years experience in Sales, and/or Learning Development (L and D)/training, or equivalent technical expertise related to Learning and Development
- Experience in Insurance Sales preferred.
