About the role
- Responsible for leading and managing sales growth in direct distribution (online and call center) audience
- Develops and executes strategic business plans, initiatives and marketing to generate gross written premium, new business, and profit targets
- Leads a team to build, manage and execute on growth initiatives
- Drive experimentation through A/B and multivariate testing, personalization at scale, and performance-based optimization
Requirements
- 8 years of insurance industry experience
- 5 years of management experience
- Experience in developing strategies in marketing, product or online sales
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Knowledge of personal lines products
- Proven written and oral communication skills
