About the role

  • Own and manage executive-level (C-suite) relationships with our national carrier, insurtech, and agency partners.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Responsible for premium and new business growth by prospecting and managing large, complex national relationships including those with unique structures and/or high GWP.
  • Takes ownership for business development initiatives within existing portfolio to maximize premium, profit and growth objectives while prospecting for new relationships.
  • Develops and executes strategies to build business within the Strategic Partnerships portfolio.
  • Identify, pursue, and secure new strategic partnerships.
  • Drive hunting activities to expand our network and revenue opportunities.
  • Analyze partner performance and recommend actionable improvements.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance profitability and operational efficiency.
  • Leverage deep knowledge of personal lines insurance to influence decisions.
  • Stay ahead of market trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • CIC and/or CPCU license preferred
  • 7-10 years demonstrated experience in insurance including sales, marketing management, business development, strategy required
  • Experience with OEM within the insurance industry preferred
  • Experience with Digital Partners within the insurance industry preferred
  • Relationship management experience preferred.
