About the role
- Own and manage executive-level (C-suite) relationships with our national carrier, insurtech, and agency partners.
- Serve as the primary liaison for strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Responsible for premium and new business growth by prospecting and managing large, complex national relationships including those with unique structures and/or high GWP.
- Takes ownership for business development initiatives within existing portfolio to maximize premium, profit and growth objectives while prospecting for new relationships.
- Develops and executes strategies to build business within the Strategic Partnerships portfolio.
- Identify, pursue, and secure new strategic partnerships.
- Drive hunting activities to expand our network and revenue opportunities.
- Analyze partner performance and recommend actionable improvements.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance profitability and operational efficiency.
- Leverage deep knowledge of personal lines insurance to influence decisions.
- Stay ahead of market trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- CIC and/or CPCU license preferred
- 7-10 years demonstrated experience in insurance including sales, marketing management, business development, strategy required
- Experience with OEM within the insurance industry preferred
- Experience with Digital Partners within the insurance industry preferred
- Relationship management experience preferred.
