Job Summary: Manages an assigned territory of core Foremost Independent Agencies; prospects and appoints new agencies; drives profitable premium growth; achieves financial and operational goals.\n
Develops and manages agency partnerships; serves as primary relationship between agency and company.\n
Promotes and supports Foremost products; handles complex accounts; expands market share within territory.\n
Builds premium growth through relationships with agents to maximize agency revenue.\n
Performs other duties as assigned.\n
Physical actions: in-person at a Farmers office or virtually; field locations; travel; ergonomic considerations.\n
Travel: weekly field travel required; may include field locations.
Requirements
Minimum three-five years of field insurance sales and management work experience with progressing responsibility.\n
Experience achieving consistent profitable premium growth and sales success.\n
CIC, CPCU, or insurance licenses preferred upon hire.\n
Education Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelors degree preferred.\n
The position is remote with required weekly field travel; travel and field leadership experience valued.
