About the role

  • Improving, supporting, and expanding the online performance and sales of Sourcing Partners worldwide.
  • Establishing trusting bonds with Sourcing Partners at every level.
  • Collaborating with the larger commercial team and other Farfetch team members worldwide.
  • Overseeing the end-to-end onboarding of partners, ensuring a smooth transition and providing guidance on overall processes.
  • Monitoring and enhancing partner operational efficiency, delivering performance metrics, insights, and process improvements.
  • Identifying and driving growth plans, assessing opportunities for commercial and operational expansion.
  • Conducting regular business reviews internally and with partners.

Requirements

  • You have commercial experience ideally from a retail, brand, or wholesale environment—fashion and luxury contact is a plus.
  • You possess a minimum of 6 years of experience in B2B partnerships, business development, or strategic account management.
  • You are able to easily build relationships with the different stakeholders of the business.
  • You possess a strong Commercial Mindset, understanding what drives business success and the factors that influence it.
  • You excel at Negotiation, with the ability to effectively plan, strategize, influence, and drive discussions aimed at reaching favorable agreements.
  • You are capable of Strategic Thinking, able to develop a broad overview of an area or mission and link long-range visions to daily work.
  • You are well organized and proactive, with the ability to handle multiple tasks at a fast pace.
  • You are fluent in Japanese and English, required for business negotiations, partner engagement, and internal collaboration.
